This is an honest review from someone that works hard for their money and isn’t going to just give it away to people. Took my truck here because it wouldn’t start. They told me the battery cables were loose and corroded, which is fine, but then tried to quote me over $1,500 for a distributor, spark plugs, wires, and a fuel filter. That seemed really excessive for the work being suggested, especially on an older truck.
I’m not saying the work didn’t need to be done, but the price felt way too high and I didn’t get a clear breakdown explaining why it cost that much. It just left a bad impression and made me feel like I was being upsold.
I ended up deciding not to move forward with the repair. I’d recommend getting a second opinion before approving any major work here.
We are sorry that we didnt meet your expectations. I decided to check pricing with a third party organization called repair pal. The price quoted you was $1525 and that included diagnostics, taxes, and shop supplies. Repair Pal estimated that job would be between $1220 and $1930 plus taxes, shop supplies and any diagnostic fees. So, although expensive I was priced fairly. We always encourage feed back and communication with our customers. We will be happy to explain any repairs if you have further questions
