I got my 06 Lincoln mark Lt electrical repair done here and it was quick and quality work, i brought my my ‘18 Raptor here for electrical repair aswell after having a bit too much fun, Won’t be the last time I come here, 5/5 stars will definitely sink my Raptor in mud again to have this quality shop work on it again.

I was from out of town they got me right in and fixed the problem in a very timely manner and at the quoted price.

Our truck broke down along 95N near Pooler, GA on 4 May 26. We were able to get an appt with Eldon's for the next morning. The truck was checked out, and repaired that same day. Serpentine Belt, 3 pully's replaced and a belt tensioner. Eldon's did a great job; workers were friendly, parts lady was great, too. We hope to never have to call on their services again, but if we are in that area and breakdown again, Eldon's Auto Repair is who we will call!!! Thank You for taking care of us and getting us back on the road!!

Update! Hands down THE best mechanic shop I’ve been to, including dealerships! Dropped my jeep off at 8AM and had it back at 12, crazy right? The issue I had with my exhaust is completely fixed and my jeep runs and sounds brand new again!! I will not be taking my vehicle to any other place for repairs moving forward. Thank you Elton’s for being efficient, friendly, and so damn fast!! So far, so good. I just left the shop and let them know the issues with my jeep. Not even 3 minutes later my jeep was in the air being looked at. They told me what work I needed done and set me an appointment for Thursday morning. Process was super fast and friendly!

This is an honest review from someone that works hard for their money and isn’t going to just give it away to people. Took my truck here because it wouldn’t start. They told me the battery cables were loose and corroded, which is fine, but then tried to quote me over $1,500 for a distributor, spark plugs, wires, and a fuel filter. That seemed really excessive for the work being suggested, especially on an older truck. I’m not saying the work didn’t need to be done, but the price felt way too high and I didn’t get a clear breakdown explaining why it cost that much. It just left a bad impression and made me feel like I was being upsold. I ended up deciding not to move forward with the repair. I’d recommend getting a second opinion before approving any major work here.

The first time they did amazing!! Dropped the car off as soon as the opened and then got it afternoon the next day. Great pricing. And had a bigger oil leak happen and they helped out without charge. I’m coming to this place for all my business!!

I took my car to them to do a straight pipe job they did great

The Ford Dealership was 6 weeks booked out for a diagnostic appointment. Elton's had an appointment available the next day. Dropped it off in the morning, was diagnosed and the alternator was replaced and it was ready by mid afternoon. Price was competative. I'll take my vehicle here for service instead of the Ford Dealer from now on.

Pricy place, look for another places prices, might save some

I took in my Silverado for some AC work a couple months back. I had replaced my condenser and just needed to get it recharged. I wasn't sure if I also needed a flush or not but after talking with them over the phone we decided that a recharge was all that was needed. Drop-off and pick-up was quick and easy. The lady at the front desk was super helpful with setting up an appointment date and providing me with a quote. Upon pick-up I paid exactly what I was quoted and my AC was back up and running. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely recommend Eltons Auto! They are fast, reliable and will not try to up sell you into getting something you don't really need.

I came in Friday morning to get an exhaust replaced and they were able to help me that day and I have not had any issues with my car since getting it fixed. Thank you all for your help.

We dropped my daughters 2022 Corolla off because the AC condenser went bad. We had already paid for the dye test at Toyota. I wanted to know what their price would be replace the condenser as I would rather support a local business as opposed to Toyota. Their price was significantly higher and we were charged $400 for the diagnostics (that we've already done once). No one ever called to discuss the cost. I wish I would have read the previous negative reviews. A little communication goes a long way. Why not just give people a call? To top it off when she went and picked the car up, the battery was dead, it was perfectly fine before taking it. Word of mouth is everything and I definitely would not recommend Eltons.

Excellent service! The owner Terry is nice and very explanatory with all of his customers. I witnessed this for about 4 hrs of today. When I called around 9:30 a.m. this morning after being told by another shop that they wouldn't replace a steering pump. And explained my situation. I was told that they will do the best they could to get me back on the road by 5 p.m. but couldn't make any promises, and if it wouldn't be done by then they would most definitely have me on the road sometime Monday morning. Terry and his crew managed to work me in on top of handling what they already had appointments for today. And still had me on the road right before 5 p.m. I'm satisfied and even more thankful. I know if I ever have any car troubles around Savannah or Pooler Eltons Auto is the shop I'll be counting on!

Extremely unprofessional. I come in with a car diagnostic and list of parts for replacement asking for an estimate. The woman behind the desk says I need an appointment for that so I make one. I drop off my car at 8 am for my appointment, I’m asked if I have a check engine which I obviously do since I came in for an estimate WITH the diagnostic of the check engine light. After I leave a couple hours pass and I get a text letting me know the estimate is a ridiculously high amount of 2.5K mentioning other things I didn’t ask an estimate for. When I clarified that I just wanted the estimate for what was originally talked about, they bump the price down to 1.5K. I let them know that I want to reschedule for a later date for the repair when I have that amount of money and they then let me know “The Diagnostic is $89.95”. I came in with the diagnostic, I just wanted an estimate, why on earth would I be charged almost 100 dollars for them to tell me what I already know and the price for the repair? I call and the woman is being difficult saying they had to run tests that I wasn’t told about. We get into an argument and says, “If all you wanted was an estimate I could’ve told you that day it would’ve been $300-$1500” so what was the point of making me schedule an appointment? She continues to dig herself a deeper hole until her husband had to take the phone, tell me I owed the money if I wanted my car and hung up the phone. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

I got my exhaust upgraded and later down the road my muffler was came off going down the highway and I went to them and got my exhaust rewelded because I had an exhaust leak and this company was the only one that touch my truck. And I stilll had a problem with them. Not going back ever again. I don’t recommend from my experience with them.

Vehicle needed brake job done. Low grade technician. Angry and banging my new rotors on engine blocks! When job is complete I goto leave and there is a high pitch noise that was not their previously. Bring it back and technician tried to blame it on something I knew it was not (I have 10 years on and off experience). Technician took a look at it and finally admitted he did the job wrong and fixed it. I was going to walk away just grateful my brakes were done and not go back. I wake up next day to my radiator and coolant being completely empty. Two days prior to bringing it in I had done a coolant system inspection and everything checked out, no leaks. Do not go here.

Great local shop. Went to get my oil change and was done pretty quickly. Prices were pretty fair as well. I will definitely use this shop for my car repairs

Elton’s has been my go to mechanic for 2 Honda Accords and one Honda CRV over the past few years. They perform top quality work, provide excellent customer service and above all else they are very honest and that is what keeps me coming back. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Only visited once but they saved me several hundred dollars on a pretty big job. I’m told they perform fine work for an affordable price so I will be back.

My car stopped on me and I didn't know what to do next. I was referred to Eltons. My car was towed, fixed and returned within 48 hours. I needed my car for work. So I'm happy I didn't have to rent a car and waste money.

Great service

Just completed some underbody work with my personal car after completely damaging the right side panels traveling around the broken roads of Atlanta. Passing through Savannah I was referred to Elton’s Auto & they did great. They diagnosed the issues, showed me what was wrong and what would need to be repaired, they assisted me with ordering the parts. The cost was much less than what I would’ve payed going to Mercedes Benz Dealer. The staff is nice, knowledgeable, and good at their career. The gentlemen at the Discount Tire at Goldley Station referred and I’m happy they did because I’m not from the area and I didn’t want to be deceived or taken advantage of any way. I totally forgot to take before and after pictures for the review but the under body of my car looks brand new. I feel much more safe now driving around and I’ll be returning for some brake work before getting on the road.
